Questions
- Do I need a subscription?
- No. You add funds once and each request is charged from your balance at the model's price.
- Does my balance expire?
- No. Unused balance stays on your account. Accounts that are inactive for more than 12 months may be closed, as described in the Terms.
- What happens if a request fails?
- Failed requests are not charged. If a stream is interrupted, you pay only for what was generated; estimates are corrected automatically.
- Can I limit what an app spends?
- Yes. Every API key can have its own spending limit and request rate. Create keys on the Developers page.
- Why can the final charge differ slightly from the estimate?
- Some requests are billed from an estimate first and corrected within minutes to the provider's exact cost, which is usually lower.
