Questions about Hide Router
Is Hide Router an OpenRouter alternative?
Yes. It gives you hundreds of models behind one OpenAI- and Anthropic-compatible API, but you pay from a crypto balance and never hand over a name, email or card.
Can I use it with Claude Code, Cline or the OpenAI SDK?
Yes. Point the tool's base URL at hide.st and use a hide.st API key. The Developers page has ready-made settings for Claude Code, Cline, Cursor, OpenCode and the official SDKs.
Do you have uncensored models?
Yes. Dozens of models tuned to refuse less often are marked Uncensored in the model list and have their own tab in the chat's model picker. They're billed per request like any other model, and our acceptable use rules apply to them too.
How is usage billed?
Per request, at the model's price per token, image or second plus our margin. You see the cost of every request in Usage, and streaming responses report their cost at the end.
Do you store my prompts or answers?
No. They pass through to the company that runs the model you choose. We keep only what billing needs: the model, token counts and cost.
